1. The “Refer a Friend” Program is offered by TradeStation International Ltd, (5166374) (herein “TSIL”) to TSIL’s clients.
2. By participating in this promotion, both the new client (Friend) and the existing TradeStation Global client (Referrer) acknowledge they have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
3. A Friend referred by the Referrer to TSIL under the “Refer a Friend” promotion, must be a new client opening and funding an account with a minimum of USD 1000. If they have an existing account or a previous closed account, they are not eligible for this promotion.
4. The Friend account must be opened and funded within two months of the Friend starting their application.
5. The Referrer and Friend will both be eligible to each receive an Amazon gift card of £50 in the month following the Friend funding their account.
6. The referral link must be followed by the Friend for both the Referrer and Friend to receive gift cards.
7. At the beginning of each calendar month, TSIL will review qualifying accounts in the prior month; gift cards will be sent to the Referrer and Friend at the end of the month.

8. The Referrer is not an agent, introducing broker, partner or affiliate of TSIL or any TradeStation subsidiary.
9. The Referrer must not promote themselves as an agent, introducing broker, partner or affiliate of TSIL or any TradeStation subsidiary.
10. A Referrer is entitled to successfully refer up to 5 (five) Friends.
11. The Broker, Interactive Brokers (U.K.) Ltd, reserves the right to decline any application if it does not meet its requirements. In such circumstances no gift cards are payable.

13. TSIL may at any time make changes to these terms and conditions and will make notification of these changes by posting the modified terms on the TradeStation Global website, www.tradestation-international.com/global
14. TSIL may at any time, at its sole discretion, cease or discontinue any of its promotions, including the “Refer a Friend” Program.
15. Both the Referrer and Friend must be residents in one of the following countries: United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Poland, Netherlands, Spain, Italy.
